Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:

Eligibility

Access to and use of the to2288 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. to2288 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and will request age verification documents as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned less any applicable processing costs, subject to fraud checks.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. Access from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited is not permitted. It is your sole responsibility to confirm that accessing the Platform is lawful in your location.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons under legal guardianship or those who have been declared legally incompetent may not register an Account.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through to2288's responsible gaming tools or imposed by the Platform due to problem gambling concerns. If you are currently excluded, you must not attempt to register a new Account.
• Not an employee or affiliate: Employees, contractors, agents, and close family members of to2288 and its business partners are not permitted to hold a Member Account or place wagers on the Platform.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access to2288's betting and gaming products, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Required fields include your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile phone number, valid email address, and your preferred deposit bank or e-wallet. You must also create a secure password that is unique to your to2288 Account.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration — and any updates you make to that information thereafter — is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. to2288 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from a Member's failure to maintain accurate account details. Name discrepancies between your Account and your payment method may delay or block withdrawals until resolved through KYC.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your Account. You must not share your credentials with any third party. to2288 strongly recommends enabling 2FA, available from within your Account security settings. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you will remain fully liable for all such activity unless you promptly notify to2288 of any suspected unauthorised access.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing a Member's first withdrawal or large deposit, to2288 will conduct identity verification. You will be required to submit one or more of the following: a copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP or e-KTP), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address, and a selfie photograph holding your identity document. to2288 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the Account lifecycle. Accounts that cannot be verified within a reasonable period may be suspended or closed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

to2288 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR): BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. to2288 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue supported payment methods at any time with reasonable prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your Account balance in real time or within five minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI) are credited within 15 minutes of the transfer being confirmed during standard WIB banking hours (07:00–22:00 WIB). Deposits submitted outside these hours are processed on the next available banking window. to2288 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, LinkAja) typically settle within five minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri typically settle within 15 minutes during standard banking hours. Withdrawals submitted outside standard WIB banking hours may be subject to processing on the following business day. to2288 targets same-session settlement for all withdrawal requests and has maintained this benchmark since 2016.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved.
• If a deposit bonus has been credited to your Account, the associated wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of the bonus-related portion of your balance.
• to2288 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours for security review without liability.
• In the event of suspected fraud or a disputed transaction, to2288 may freeze withdrawal processing pending investigation.

4.5 Currency

All Account balances, wagers, deposits, and withdrawals on to2288 are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). to2288 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. There are no hidden currency conversion fees because no conversion takes place — your Rupiah balance is always your Rupiah balance.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

to2288 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback rewards, free spins on selected slot titles, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and major sporting tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of claim. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term takes precedence for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus credit is subject to a standard wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by product: sportsbook wagers with odds of 1.50 or greater count 100%; casino table games count 20%; slot games count 100%; live casino games count 15%. Wagers placed using real-money balance are not subject to wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

to2288 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer more than once, using arbitrage strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinating wager placement with other Members to meet turnover requirements artificially, and exploiting errors in bonus credit calculations. to2288 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to close any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook

All sportsbook wagers are subject to the official rules of the relevant sporting body and to to2288's sportsbook rules published in the Help section of the Platform. For Indonesian football markets — including BRI Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, and Timnas Indonesia international fixtures — results are determined by the official match result at the conclusion of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time), unless otherwise specified. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to return a profit; a void selection reduces the accumulator leg count. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are settled in accordance with SBOBET-standard Asian handicap rules unless stated otherwise.

6.2 Live / In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and re-opening at to2288's discretion depending on the pace of play, data feed availability, and integrity considerations. to2288 reserves the right to void any in-play wager placed during a data feed interruption or where the outcome was clearly known at the time of placement. Members accept that in-play odds reflect real-time market conditions and that to2288 bears no liability for brief pricing anomalies caused by data latency.

6.3 Casino & Slots

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by licensed game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. to2288 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are determined by the game studio and are available in each game's information panel. 6.4 Void and Cancelled Events

In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours of the original scheduled kick-off time, or abandoned before its natural conclusion, all wagers on that event will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Member's Account balance. Responsible Gaming

to2288 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide all Members with a suite of account-level tools designed to help them maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Members may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further wagers are blocked until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session duration alerts that display a notification after a specified period of continuous activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may apply for self-exclusion for a minimum period of six months. During self-exclusion, the Account is closed to all betting and gaming activity and cannot be reopened until the exclusion period has expired and a reinstatement review is completed. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: On-screen pop-up reminders showing your net session result are displayed at configurable intervals. These cannot be disabled.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the to2288 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account per individual, household, or shared device/IP address.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any non-human agent to place wagers, scrape odds, or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or data feed anomalies — commonly referred to as "arbing" or "sharping" — to generate risk-free returns at the Platform's expense.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or placing wagers on events where you possess material non-public information.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering purpose, including structuring deposits and withdrawals to obscure the origin of funds.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening to2288 staff, agents, or other Members via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another Member's Account without authorisation.
• Using VPN, proxy, or any IP-masking service to circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls.
• Engaging in any conduct that to2288 determines, at its reasonable discretion, to be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or its other Members.

Intellectual Property

All content on the to2288 Platform — including but not limited to the to2288 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software code, game interfaces, odds data, promotional materials, and underlying database structure — is the exclusive intellectual property of to2288 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content. Any unauthorised use of to2288 intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may attract legal action.

Privacy & Data

to2288 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety. The Privacy Policy sets out in detail: what personal data to2288 collects, the legal bases for processing that data, how long data is retained, your rights in relation to your data, and how to exercise those rights.

to2288 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all Platform connections, stores passwords in hashed and salted form, and maintains segregated data environments for financial and personal information. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to2288's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

to2288 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, or any other indirect or consequential loss.
• Platform downtime, data feed errors, or technical failures that result in the delay, cancellation, or incorrect settlement of wagers, provided that to2288 has taken reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability.
• Loss or damage arising from Force Majeure events as defined in Clause 1.
• Gambling losses incurred by a Member while using the Platform, beyond to2288's obligations under the responsible gaming tools described in Clause 7.
• Unauthorised Account access resulting from a Member's failure to protect their login credentials.

Account Termination

12.1 Termination by Member

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written closure request to the to2288 support team via live chat or email. Account closure will be processed within 48 hours. Any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus credit not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within five business days of closure confirmation, subject to completion of any pending KYC review.

12.2 Termination by to2288

to2288 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; or where to2288 is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority. In cases of confirmed fraudulent conduct, to2288 may forfeit any Account balance and retain it as a set-off against damages without further liability to the Member.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operations, taking into account the context in which to2288 is operated and the market it serves.

to2288 operates as a platform providing betting and gaming entertainment services. Members acknowledge that online betting regulations vary significantly by jurisdiction and that they access the Platform at their own legal risk. to2288 does not make any representation regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction beyond those in which it holds operational authorisation.

Amendments

to2288 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, to2288 will notify registered Members via email and/or an in-Platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or formatting updates) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amended Terms & Conditions have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the change. The "Last Revised" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent amendment.
